Off goes the Crown Sedan

Scott from LA had the identical car that he need parts for, so he bought mine and hauled it away. It will be reborn on his 67 Crown frame.










Car was a real pain to roll, but we made it happen with 3 people and about 2 hours of work.

Sold off a Crown

Thanks Scott for flying up from LA JUST to look (and buy) this great 67 Crown that was saved from a South Dakota junk yard. Needs some TLC but Scott if up for the work. It is going to become an organ donor for his 67 sedan that has a great frame but bad body.

Frame is shot but he just needs the super nice body of it. Good thing since the suspension has nothing to attach to thanks to years of rust

New Year, new resolve

Or just back to reality. Have decided to sell all 3 Crowns to make room for the constant flow of new (old) cars that I seem to have a knack of finding. And I need the money to build a new garage to house all of these.

This is my newest find as on Jan 2nd, 2011. A time capsule in a 1977 Honda Civic, right here in West Seattle. Been in storage for 21 years and has a brand new engine, never even been started.
